We manufacture Dish End of thickness upto 40mm & OD upto 3200mm ID of a material such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel etc.
All dished-end are contrived by point press method in cold form which is as follows :
• 2:1 Ellipsoidal
• Tori-Spherical
• Deep Tori-Spherical
• Flat Bottom
• Hemispherical
• Crown & Petal Construction
• Floating Heads
In case of Crown & Petal Dished-End, Complete “V” preparation & mock up assembly is carried out.

• Supply on Job-work (FIM)
• Blank preparation with X-ray quality welding
• Cold & hot forming
• Intermediate & Final Stage Heat treatments
• Weld Edge Preparation (Manual & Machined)
• Inspection under various third party Agencies
Owing to our expertise in this domain, we are able to undertake fabrication of different types of Dish End. Having many different capacities of hydraulic presses at our disposal the fabrication process is carried out adhering to the international norms and quality checks. These dished end are application specific and can be developed in single piece, crown and petal formation. In accordance with the customers requirements, the diameter, thickness can be fabricated.During blank formation and pressing of Dished ends, strict quality control is practiced.
